THOMMOS AND ROCKY PONDS CYCLING LOOP
Mountain biking enthusiasts will absolutely delight in this challenging cycle. Thommos is a 20km scenic ride through Central Coast bushland. It’s located in Brisbane Water National Park, takes about three hours to complete and has a medium grading. There are some steep inclines toward the latter part of the trail and it is recommended to take care crossing Woy Woy Road as it can be relatively busy.

Completely unwind as you roll by the unique Tasmanian wildlife and the natural terrain. With no shops or transport, you can completely relax. Just keep in mind that it is not possible to ride your wheels along the road at the isthmus due to the sand and instead, you are asked to push your bike along.
