Lush rainforests, burly hinterland peaks, and an immersed kaleidoscope of coral.
The remarkable beauty of nature captivates in several ways throughout the Mackay Region.
Owner, Sam McPhee says her site “is very unique… It’s even home to the platypus and they’re not shy”.
The property has the potential to be run as an accommodation business due to the caravan site infrastructure complete with a cabin and house with two self-contained units.
However, the space is also used frequently by paragliders so it has the prospect of being transformed into a clubhouse for tourist ventures.
Ms McPhee has owned the property since 1998 and is only selling due to falling ill to breast cancer in 2013.
“…It really needs someone to love it. For the right person, it’s going to be wonderful.”
