Welcome to another great edition of ROAM. Issue 30 is packed full of great summer travel advice, unbiased caravan and camper reviews, and some of the most interesting caravanning stories from Australia’s camping history.

This edition, we travel to some of southern Australia’s best summer camping locations that are totally free from the crowds! We join Mal Leyland as he visits the East MacDonnell Ranges and check out the Northern Territory’s best new campsite, so you can add it to your bucketlist.
While we were at it, we put three great RVs to the test – the Coromal Appeal, Kokoda Cadet II XLi Platinum and the Winnebago Coogee. We also look into the history Millard caravans and trace caravan and towing safety through the ages. There’s an awesome feature on the most adorable Viscount caravan you’ll ever come across and we check out the in’s and out’s of happy hours.
