Tracy Leigh is behind the Facebook page “Lemon Caravans and RVs in Aus”, which has around 8000 members.

She set it up over a year ago after paying $70 000 for a new Lotus Freelander caravan and allegedly discovering various defects keeping it off the road since December 2015.

The social media website is a support network for people who’ve purchased faulty caravans or experienced poor service from dealers.

However, now Ms Leigh says Lotus is suing her for defamation after she detailed the alleged problems on the Facebook page.
