Australia’s favourite cooks and chefs have combined their talents to shine a light on Australia’s rich food culture and help a leading charity in the process. Part proceeds will go to OzHarvest, Australia’s leading food rescue charity. Founded in 2004, OzHarvest collects surplus food from commercial outlets and delivers it, direct and free of charge, to 600 charities supporting vulnerable Australians.
