Gold Coast plumber Colin Hopgood’s quest to build the best caravan and RV water filter began way back in the 1970s.
“I installed a normal household water filter in a caravan and it failed, so I wanted to find out why and how it could be made better.”
Colin isn’t a salesman, he tells it like it is. Over the years he’s found people were misinformed about what filter will suit their travelling needs. “You can’t just put hose connections and a sticker on a domestic filter and call it an RV filter,” he says.
To help educate the RV community on the complications and hazards of some water treatment processes in the market, Colin ‘tells it how it is’ in his Water On The Road booklet – free to download from his website.
